Position Purpose
Executive Jet Management is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Challenger 350 aircraft based at Cincinnati, OH (KLUK). This role supports a five-pilot account and operates under Part 91 regulations. The PIC holds final authority for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft while delivering a superior customer service experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Flight Safety and Operations

Ensure all crewing and trip assignments comply with regulatory and company requirements.

Perform comprehensive flight planning, including performance, weight, and balance calculations.

Utilize Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to lead briefings and mitigate operational risks.

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and act as the Ground and In-Flight Security Coordinator.

Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, monitor maintenance status, and record discrepancies according to policy.

Oversee ground servicing, including fueling, oil, and oxygen replenishment.

Deliver passenger briefings and provide attentive service to meet individual passenger needs.

Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to maintain clear communication during all flight phases.
Service Excellence

Provide high-quality service to owners and passengers and proactively resolve service deviations.

Collaborate with crew members and internal partners to ensure a consistent, professional experience.
Proficiency and Compliance

Maintain all required training, certifications, and recency of experience.

Uphold the company Safety Management System (SMS) and report all safety or compliance concerns.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: 4–6 years of aviation experience.

Certification: FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet.

Minimum Flight Time Requirements:

Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
-
Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours

PIC Multi-Engine Land: 500 hours
-
Instrument Time: 300 hours
-
Jet Time: 500 hours

Corporate or business aviation experience is preferred.
