Pilot-in-Command Position
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced aviator responsible for the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the aircraft, demonstrating expert proficiency in all phases of flight.
- Determine appropriate departure times and routes, considering weather conditions and other relevant factors.
- Make sound, decisive judgments regarding flight cancellations when necessary, prioritizing safety above all else.
- Ensure all flights are conducted in strict adherence to all applicable federal, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proactively adapt to en route conditions and implement necessary changes to maintain safe and compliant flight operations, always operating within the bounds of company policies, procedures, and rules.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with appropriate Aircraft Type Rating is mandatory.
- Must hold and maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 4000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time is required.
- A minimum of 1500 hours of multi-engine land flight time is required.
- A minimum of 2000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time is required.
