Challenger 350 Pilot - Executive Jet Management

EJM is seeking qualified candidates for a Challenger 350 pilot position based in South Florida. This is a four-pilot account operating under Part 135 regulations. The pilot is responsible for passenger welfare in all aspects of cabin safety and service and must be trained and proficient in abnormal and emergency procedures, as well as all areas of cabin systems and operations. The pilot reports to the Chief Pilot for the performance of all assigned duties involved in the safe and efficient conduct of flight assignments, and to the Pilot in Command (PIC) for duties assigned for a specific scheduled trip.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other pertinent instructions.
- Ensure the company's safety, security, and quality goals are met through continuous compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) program, reporting any related recommendations or non-compliance observations.
- Manage post-flight aircraft interior duties, including removing debris from the cockpit, clearing ice, coffee, and catering, and reporting interior equipment discrepancies to the PIC.
- Arrange and obtain necessary cabin items, including catering, as directed by the Flight Operations Center, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Coordinate work schedules and changes with the Chief Pilot, log and report flight and duty times, and report all commercial flying performed outside the Company to the Flight Operations Center.
- Maintain and provide a copy of his/her First Class Medical Certificate to the Flight Operations Training Department by the twentieth (20th) of each month.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-level priorities.
- Proactive decision-making skills.
- Must maintain a valid Medical certificate.
- FAA Type rating in the applicable Fleet type (required to obtain).
- Upholds a high service standard within a strict and dynamic regulatory environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 2500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours
- Instrument: 150 hours
- Jet: 250 hours
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours
- Time in Type: 50 hours
