First Officer - Challenger 350

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a qualified First Officer for a Challenger 350 aircraft based in South Florida. This position is integral to ensuring passenger welfare through exceptional cabin safety and service, operating within a Part 135 environment. The First Officer reports to the Chief Pilot for all assigned flight duties and to the Pilot in Command (PIC) for specific trip assignments.

Responsibilities:

The First Officer will perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other pertinent instructions. They are responsible for upholding the company's standards for safety, security, and quality by adhering to the Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting any relevant observations. This role includes post-flight aircraft interior duties, such as removing debris, catering, and reporting any equipment discrepancies. The First Officer will also coordinate cabin arrangements, including catering, as directed by the Flight Operations Center, providing the highest level of customer service. The position requires coordinating work schedules with the Chief Pilot, logging flight and duty times, and maintaining an up-to-date First Class Medical Certificate.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong prioritizing and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-level priorities.
  • Proactive decision-making abilities.
  • Must maintain a valid Medical certificate.
  • Must obtain an FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet type.
  • Demonstrates a high standard of service within a strict regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum Flight Time Requirements:

  • Total Flight Time: 2500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 500 hours
  • Instrument: 150 hours
  • Jet: 250 hours
  • Turbine Engine: 100 hours
  • Time in Type: 50 hours
