Gulfstream G600 Captain
Solairus Aviation seeks a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Gulfstream G600 Captain to join its team operating out of KSDL airport. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and safety-conscious professional committed to excellence in all aspects of flight operations. Essential Responsibilities:
The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream G600 aircraft. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the safe operation of the Gulfstream G600 aircraft.
- Conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies, including:
- Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
- Performing thorough pre-flight inspections as outlined in the Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Conducting comprehensive checks of weather conditions, facilities along the intended route, and at all airports to be utilized, including alternates.
- Ensuring flights are conducted in full compliance with Solairus Aviation's policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, crew members, and the aircraft at all times.
- Accurately completing all trip-related paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours
- Turbo Jet time: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications/Certifications:
- Type rating on Gulfstream G600 or comparable aircraft is required.
- Must possess a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
- Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KSDL (Scottsdale Airport) is required, or willingness to relocate.
