About the Role
Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Gulfstream G550 Captain for an operation based at KTEB (Teterboro, NJ). This role requires a dedicated and high-performing individual committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, service, and integrity while ensuring the efficient travel needs of clients are met.
Responsibilities

Ensure the safe operation of the Gulfstream G550 aircraft.

Conduct flights safely and prudently, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies, including but not limited to:

Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft.

Performing pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Thoroughly assessing weather and facility information for the intended route and alternates.

Ensuring flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the crew.

Accurately completing all required trip paperwork.
Requirements

Total flight time: 3000 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours
-
Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours

Instrument flight time: 250 hours
Qualifications

Type rating on Gulfstream G550 or a comparable aircraft.

Valid First Class Medical Certificate.

Availability to work on an on-call basis.

Completion of ICAO International procedures training annually.

Must reside within a 2-hour drive of KTEB or be willing to relocate.
