Jet Aviation is seeking a Captain for its Gulfstream G550 operations based in Opa-locka, Florida. This key role involves assuming ultimate responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of private aviation flights, leading the flight crew, managing domestic and international missions, and providing exceptional client service.
The Captain will command all assigned flights, making critical operational decisions to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the Gulfstream 550 aircraft systems, precise aircraft operation, effective flight planning, and adaptation to dynamic flight conditions. The role also encompasses acting as the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator, conducting passenger safety briefings, fostering a culture of safety by encouraging the reporting of hazards and concerns, and maintaining a secure operational environment. Accurate record-keeping, trip documentation, and professional representation of Jet Aviation are integral to this position.
