Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Gulfstream G700 Flight Attendant for an operation based in Oxford, CT. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights, and maintaining the aircraft cabin. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with strong culinary skills and a commitment to providing superior, around-the-clock service.

About the Role

The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers aboard a Gulfstream G700 aircraft. Key duties include greeting passengers, explaining safety procedures, serving food and beverages, managing cabin supplies, and ensuring the aircraft is clean and prepared for each flight. This position requires flexibility to manage a dynamic schedule and respond to short-notice travel needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
• Demonstrated culinary skills and specific culinary training.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in using computer, smartphone, and/or iPad devices.
• Flexibility and patience to manage a constantly changing schedule, including late-night flights and availability to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response if on Standby).
• Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide, considering health and visa status.
• Ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• First Aid Training Certification, including CPR and AED.
• Ability to operate all features of the Cabin Management Systems, galley equipment, and cabin features, including berthing seats and configuring divans into beds.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, maneuver in tight spaces, push/pull heavy doors, and lift supplies.
• Vision correctable to 20/20 or better.
• Adequate hearing and clear speaking ability for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred, with annual recurrent training required. Candidates without formal training may be considered but must complete initial training before flight assignment. Preference is given to candidates who have completed recent relevant training.
• College degree is preferred.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.
• Experience with small children is preferred.
