A distinguished Part 91 flight department located in Scottsdale, AZ, operating a modern Gulfstream G600, is actively seeking a qualified Corporate Flight Attendant. This role is integral to the flight crew, reporting to the Aviation Manager, and is responsible for ensuring an unparalleled travel experience for the company principal and their esteemed guests on both domestic and international journeys.

About the Role

• Provide an elite, personalized onboard experience by anticipating passenger needs.
• Maintain and update detailed passenger preference profiles.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and brief passengers on safety procedures.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety through regular cabin checks during flight.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and manage supply restocking.
• Operate all cabin systems, including audio/video, galley equipment, and connectivity platforms.
• Adhere to all aviation regulations and company safety procedures.
• Provide emergency response and first aid as directed by the Pilot-in-Command.
• Develop customized menus, considering all passenger requirements and dietary needs.
• Maintain expertise in wines, beverages, and specialty provisions for private aviation.
• Manage international catering logistics, including cultural and food safety considerations.
• Order, procure, and reconcile catering and supply expenses efficiently.
• Gather feedback to improve service and manage vendor relationships.
• Stay abreast of culinary trends to elevate onboard service.
• Ensure the cabin is fully equipped with linens, china, crystal, and flatware.
• Develop and manage global vendor relationships for reliable service.
• Oversee laundering and dry cleaning of aircraft linens and towels.
• Manage aircraft and facility inventory, including stock rotation and removal of expired items.
• Track purchasing expenses and support budget reconciliation.
• Organize ground transportation for passengers.
• Assist with uniform procurement and inventory.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Corporate Flight Attendant experience, with a preference for large-cabin or ultra-long-range aircraft experience (e.g., G600).
• Completion of recurrent corporate flight attendant training is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in catering management.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures and customer service excellence in private aviation.
• Experience in highly confidential, professional, high-net-worth environments is required.

Physical Requirements

• Physically capable of performing all duties, including lifting and operating emergency equipment.
• Ability to move freely, effectively, and quickly throughout the aircraft cabin during all phases of flight.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.
• Must reside within 60 minutes of Scottsdale, AZ, or be willing to relocate.
