Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a qualified Lead Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Gulfstream G600 aircraft based in Boca Raton, FL. This position operates under Part 91 regulations.

About the Role

The Lead Pilot in Command serves as a peer leader within the assigned flight department, responsible for crew resource management, delivering exceptional client service, and completing administrative duties, all while actively flying the schedule and fulfilling PIC responsibilities. The role involves supporting and motivating flight department crew members, ensuring safe flight operations, and applying Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM). The Lead PIC will also manage client relationships, communicate proactively with maintenance personnel, and handle owner/account duties. Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, unrestricted or restricted.
• 4-6 years of experience in aviation, with prior corporate/business aviation experience being mandatory.
• A Gulfstream GVII (G600) type rating is strongly preferred, along with an FAA type rating in the applicable fleet.
• Minimum flight time: 3,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum multi-engine land (MEL) time: 1,500 hours.
• Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 2,000 hours.
• Minimum PIC MEL time: 500 hours.
• Minimum instrument time: 300 hours.
• Minimum jet time: 500 hours.
• Candidates must be able to perform the essential job functions.
• Strong preference for type-rated, local pilots.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• Gulfstream G600 type rating is highly desirable.
