Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Falcon 900DX Captain to join a three-pilot operation based at KOAK airport. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence. This individual will join a team focused on safely and expertly meeting client travel needs, while upholding Solairus' core values of safety, service, and integrity.
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the Falcon 900DX aircraft, conducting flights in strict accordance with all applicable regulations and company policies. This includes, but is not limited to: reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status, performing thorough pre-flight inspections, evaluating weather conditions and airport suitability, and ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew. Accurate completion of all flight documentation is also essential.
Minimum qualifications include: 3000 hours total time, 1500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time, 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time, 500 hours MEL PIC time, 500 hours in Turbo Jet aircraft, and 250 hours of instrument time. Candidates must also possess a type rating in the Falcon 900DX or a comparable aircraft. A first-class medical certificate is required, along with the ability to work on an on-call basis and complete ICAO International procedures training annually. Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving distance of KOAK or be willing to relocate.
Compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 annually, dependent on geographical location, experience, aircraft type, job responsibilities, training, and assigned account.
