About the Role:
This position demands a highly skilled and passionate individual with a proven track record of leadership and an unwavering commitment to safety and compliance. The successful candidate will act as Captain on Gulfstream G450 flights, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This role involves a significant amount of responsibility and requires a candidate dedicated to upholding the company's values and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Command G450 flights in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including overnight, weekend, and holiday trips, as operational needs dictate.
- Adapt to variable work hours, encompassing day and night shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Reside within a two-hour radius of Las Vegas, NV, or relocate within three months of employment.
Qualifications:
- Current and qualified in the Gulfstream G450 with a minimum of 250 hours in type.
- 5000 hours total flight time.
- 3000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- 2000 hours multi-engine time.
- 1500 hours jet aircraft experience.
- Current and valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with multi-engine land ratings.
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Valid US Passport and US State Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated experience in international, transatlantic, and transpacific operations.
- Prior Part 135 experience is mandatory.

- Ability to handle extended overnight stays in hotels while on duty.
- Successful completion of a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background check and ability to obtain a SIDA badge (where applicable).
- Impeccable presentation, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish positive relationships with passengers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 80 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work safely around animals, including pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight handling and care.
