Aviation Professional - Captain Role
This individual will be a highly proficient aviator, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. They will adhere to all company and regulatory requirements while demonstrating exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to aviation safety and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments are in full compliance with company policies and all relevant aviation regulations.
- Completes thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance assessments for each assigned flight.
- Employs a rigorous Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead all necessary briefings, proactively identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possesses a minimum total flight time of 3500 hours.
- Has accumulated a minimum of 1500 hours of Multi-Engine Land (MEL) flight time.
- Holds a minimum of 2000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) flight time.
- Has a minimum of 500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) flight time in Multi-Engine Land (MEL) aircraft.
