Pilot in Command - Gulfstream G200

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for its Super Midsize jet aircraft operations in Teterboro, NJ. This full-time position involves both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, requiring the candidate to reside within a two-hour call-out time of their designated home base.

About the Role

The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures. This role demands strong leadership and meticulous attention to detail to manage all aspects of flight operations.

Requirements

• Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
• Total PIC Time: 2000 hours
• Total PIC Time in Type (Gulfstream G200): 250 hours
• Multi-Engine Flight Time: 1000 hours
• Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
• Turbine Flight Time: 1000 hours
• Total Turbine PIC Time: 1000 hours
• Total Instrument Flight Time: 300 hours
• Total Jet Flight Time: 1500 hours
• Total Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
• Maintain a current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
• Possess a valid ATP certificate or the ability to obtain one.
• Hold a valid FCC Restricted Radio License.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Possess a current passport.
• Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
• Ability to pass a FAA Pilot Record Database review.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and submit to random testing, including for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), and amphetamines.

Essential Functions

• Manage duty, flight, and rest times according to company and CFR requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with the company regarding duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and flight reports.
• Manage and maintain Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
• Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
• Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making skills.
• Uphold Jet Linx's core values in all professional interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial or Recurrent 142 training in the Gulfstream G200 within the last 24 months is preferred.
