Jet Linx is recruiting a Second in Command (SIC) for Gulfstream G200 aircraft operations based in Teterboro, NJ. This full-time role involves Part 91 and 135 flight operations, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of flights in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
About the Role
The Second in Command (SIC) serves as a key member of the flight crew, reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot. This position is responsible for preparing for and executing flights safely and efficiently. The role requires adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations and company operational procedures. Candidates are expected to reside within a 2-hour call-out time of their home base or be willing to relocate.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing when required

Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
Qualifications

Manage duty, flight, and rest times to meet company and CFR requirements

Maintain communication with the company for standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reports

Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications

Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current

Convey strong, proactive decision-making skills

Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred
