Stephens is seeking an experienced Captain to serve as the flight captain for company-owned aircraft, ensuring the safe, comfortable, and efficient transport of employees and family members. This position is based at the Little Rock Hangar in Little Rock, AR.

About the Role

• Operate company aircraft in accordance with Federal Air Regulations, manufacturer's operating manuals, and company policies.
• Perform pre-flight inspections, weather briefings, and fuel/weight calculations.
• Monitor aircraft systems and weather, maintain communications, and assist passengers.
• Oversee aircraft servicing and security at all stops.
• Maintain professional proficiency through continuous training and study.
• Serve as a corporate representative to passengers, customers, and the public.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of related flight experience.
• Accumulated 3500 flight hours, with a minimum of 1000 hours of jet time and 1000 hours of multi-engine time.
• Aircraft specific training as required; an aircraft type rating is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic devices, Microsoft Office products, ForeFlight, Veryon (Flightdocs), Nimbl, and ARINC.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, reliability, and alertness.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond calmly to emergencies.
• Flexibility in working conditions and requirements.

Qualifications

• Airline Transport Pilot Rating.
• 1st Class Flight Medical Certificate.
• Aircraft type ratings in appropriate aircraft; Falcon DA-Easy, DA-7X, and/or GVII type ratings are preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) test for airport security badge.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to exert 40-50 pounds of force with feet.
• Ability to work with aircraft and computer equipment for prolonged periods.
• Ability to operate aircraft, computer, and standard office equipment.
• Specific vision requirements including close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to speak and hear.
• Ability to concentrate and maintain focus for long periods.
• Ability to walk, reach, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.

Required Testing

• Annual testing on aircraft systems, procedures, performance, avionics, and Federal Aviation regulations.
• Annual flight physical exam.
• Must be able to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) test to acquire airport security badge.
