About the Role
A prominent aviation company based in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking an experienced Captain to operate company-owned aircraft. This role is responsible for the safe, comfortable, and efficient transport of employees and family members, adhering strictly to Federal Air Regulations, manufacturer operating manuals, and company policies. This position is designated as safety and security sensitive and is subject to drug and alcohol testing.
Key Responsibilities

Operate company aircraft in compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures.

Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, weather briefings, fuel, weight, and balance calculations, and file flight plans.

Monitor aircraft systems, weather conditions, and maintain communications during flight.

Ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Oversee and secure aircraft at all stops.

Maintain professional proficiency through ongoing training and study.

Ensure personal health and physical abilities meet the demands of safe aircraft operation.

Act as a corporate representative.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of 3 years of related flight experience.

3500 flight hours, with at least 1000 hours of jet time and 1000 hours of multi-engine time.

Aircraft specific training as required.

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with electronic devices, Microsoft Office products, ForeFlight, Veryon (Flightdocs), Nimbl, and ARINC.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, reliability, and work in a constant state of alertness.

Ability to concentrate for long periods and respond calmly to emergencies.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home.
Qualifications

Airline Transport Pilot Rating.

1st Class Flight Medical Certificate.

Valid Driver’s License.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) test for airport security badge.

Aircraft type ratings in Falcon DA-Easy, DA-7X, and/or GVII are preferred.
