About the Role
A reputable aviation department is seeking an experienced Captain to operate company-owned aircraft for the safe, comfortable, and efficient transport of employees and family members. This full-time, on-site position is located at the Little Rock Hangar in Little Rock, AR.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of related flight experience.

3500 flight hours, including a minimum of 1000 hours of jet time and 1000 hours of multi-engine time.

Aircraft-specific training as required; an aircraft type rating is preferred.

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in process management.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Strong technical abilities with a thorough understanding of electronic devices, Microsoft Office products, and relevant software.

Proficiency in using ForeFlight, Veryon (Flightdocs), Nimbl, and ARINC.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrated reliability in attendance and work performance.

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.

Ability to communicate effectively with management, professionals, customers, and government officials.

Ability to respond rapidly, intelligently, and calmly to emergency situations.

Flexibility in working conditions and requirements, including a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, extended periods away from home, and holidays.

Qualifications
-
Airline Transport Pilot Rating.

1st Class Flight Medical Certificate.

Aircraft type ratings in appropriate aircraft, Falcon DA-Easy, DA-7X, and/or GVII type ratings are preferred.

Valid Driver’s License.

Must be able to pass the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) test to acquire an airport security badge.
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.

Ability to regularly use feet to exert 40-50 pounds of force.

Ability to work with aircraft and computer equipment for prolonged periods.

Ability to operate aircraft equipment, computer equipment, standard office equipment, or tools.

Ability to meet specific vision requirements (close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus).

Ability to speak and hear.

Ability to concentrate and maintain focus for long periods.

Ability to walk, reach, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.
Required Testing

Annual testing on aircraft systems, procedures, performance, avionics, and regulatory changes.

Annual flight physical exam.
-
Successful completion of the TSA test for airport security badge acquisition.
