About the Role

Responsible for the safe operation of the Challenger 605 aircraft.

Conduct flights safely and prudently, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Review aircraft maintenance status.

Perform thorough pre-flight inspections as per the Aircraft Flight Manual.

Analyze weather and facility information for the planned route and alternates.

Ensure flights comply with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Uphold the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.

Accurately complete all required trip paperwork.
Requirements

Total flight time: 3000 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours

Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours

Instrument flight time: 250 hours
Qualifications

Type rating on the Challenger 605 or a comparable aircraft.

Valid first-class medical certificate.

Availability to work on an on-call basis.

Completion of ICAO International procedures training annually.

Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KMQS or a willingness to relocate.
