Eastern Airlines, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, is seeking two experienced Captains for full-time, salaried positions within its corporate flight department. The successful candidates will operate a Gulfstream G200 under Part 91 regulations, supporting executive travel. About the Role

Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the Gulfstream G200 in Part 91 corporate operations.

Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including weather analysis and fuel calculations.

Ensure all flight operations comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer limitations.

Coordinate travel logistics with passengers and executive assistants to ensure a professional experience.

Maintain accurate flight logs, maintenance records, and necessary documentation.

Schedule and coordinate aircraft maintenance with service providers.

Participate in required training programs.

Support aircraft lease operations when opportunities arise, receiving per-trip compensation.

Senior Captains will provide leadership in scheduling, compliance, and coordination with the Part 121 operations team.
Requirements

ATP Certificate with Airplane, Multiengine Land ratings.

Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.

Minimum 500+ hours PIC in turbine aircraft.

Strong Crew Resource Management (CRM), crew coordination, and communication skills.

Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Clean background check and motor vehicle record.

Professional demeanor and discretion when interacting with executive-level passengers.
Qualifications

Gulfstream G200 type rating is preferred, or demonstrated experience in comparable mid-to-large cabin jets.

Recent flight experience in a G200 type is preferred.

Familiarity with IS-BAO or NBAA Safety Management Systems is a plus.

Experience in single-pilot or two-pilot corporate flight department environments is beneficial.

Interest in a long-term career transition to airline operations with the B737, B767, or B777 fleets is advantageous.
