The successful candidate will be part of the Cabin Crew Rostering department in the Flight Operations Division. He/She will support the operations, admin duties and special projects of cabin crew rostering and he/she will report to the Cabin Crew Manpower Planning Executive.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular system testing and troubleshooting and follow up on errors and solutions

Manage booking of seats, hotel, and transport for trainee crew and disseminate booking information to overseas stations after roster publication

Manage allocation of annual leave and leave requests (i.e. annual leave, childcare leave, matrimonial leave etc.) for cabin crew to ensure adequate crewing on all flights in accordance to safety and service requirements

Ensure operational readiness e.g. having enough crew during peak travel months, supporting relevant training and non-operational activities while allocating annual leave fairly among crew.

Attend to crew’s queries and carry out investigations into complaints on crew rosters in a timely manner.

Perform any other special projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements

Possess a diploma qualification, preferably with IT or systems background or experiences

Experience in systems testing and/or customer service will be an advantag

Well-versed in Microsoft Excel

Self-driven, meticulous, with excellent problem-solving skills

Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
