Scoot is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Cabin Crew. Role Overview

As a Scootee, you will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. This position includes a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel perks for nominated family or friends, and a completion bonus upon the conclusion of the two-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

Training Programme

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training programme covering:

  • Safety emergency drills
  • Door operation
  • Fire fighting
  • First aid
  • Professional grooming
  • Service mindset and passenger handling
  • In-flight sales procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Singapore regulatory requirements.
  • Nationality: Open only to Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.
  • Height Requirements (to ensure ability to perform safety and emergency procedures):
    • Female: Minimum 158cm, or minimum 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum 165cm, or minimum 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English), 5 GCE ‘N(A)’/‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes (including English with Grade C or above).
  • Medical fitness to perform cabin crew duties.
  • Commitment to exceptional service and strong team spirit.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic on-board situations.
  • Professional appearance required; candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
  • Must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement.

Application and Onboarding

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of the application date. Successful applicants must be prepared to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
