Key Responsibilities
As a Scootee, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. You will work within a team to deliver unique, high-quality service, serving as a brand ambassador who embodies the "Scootitude" mindset. Key duties include managing onboard safety, executing emergency procedures, and facilitating enjoyable travel experiences through professional interaction and service excellence.
Training Programme
Selected candidates will complete a mandatory two-month training curriculum, covering the following areas:

Inflight sales procedures
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Citizenship: Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Height and Reach Requirements:

Female: Minimum 158cm, or minimum 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Male: Minimum 165cm, or minimum 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Education: Minimum of 3 GCE 'O' level passes (including English), or 5 GCE 'N(A)'/'N(T)' level passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes (including English, Grade C and above).

Medical fitness for the role of cabin crew.

Strong team player with a dedication to service excellence.

Ability to adapt to dynamic onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.

Grooming: Must maintain a professional appearance; candidates with visible tattoos are not eligible.

Employment Commitment: Successful candidates must not engage in any other full-time or part-time employment during this scheme.

Application Process
