About the Role
Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its cabin crew team at its Warsaw base. This role offers excellent customer service opportunities and fast-track career progression within a dynamic aviation environment. No prior experience is required; a passion for travel and a team spirit are key. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program to equip them with essential safety and customer service skills, preparing them for service on board Ryanair Group aircraft across more than 90 operational bases.
Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.

Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
Qualifications

Completion of a 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course, including exams and supernumerary flights.
