Role Overview
Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as Cabin Crew. Successful candidates will focus on passenger safety and customer care, perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales, and provide exceptional service to our passengers.
Recruitment Day Instructions

All applicants will undergo a pre-screening process, with results communicated via email.

Attendees must bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.

The recruitment process may last until late afternoon.

Travel to the event is the sole responsibility of the candidate, including all associated costs.
Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Education: High school exam certificate (for Polish citizens: passed matura exam).

Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6-month validity).

Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or for Ukrainian citizens: Residence Card + PESEL UKR). Other permits such as standard work or student visas are not accepted.

Physical Criteria: Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; must be able to swim.

Medical: Must not have tattoos or piercings visible while in uniform. Prescription glasses/contact lenses must be between -4 and +4; outside this range, candidates are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Flexibility: Ability to live/relocate within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
