Role Description

The successful candidate will become an essential part of an efficient and dynamic inflight team, responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on over 3,600 daily flights. This demanding yet rewarding position prioritizes safety above all else while requiring crew members to operate early and late shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM or returning home near midnight.

No prior aviation experience is required. The Group is looking for individuals with immense enthusiasm, a strong team spirit, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive, internationally recognized 6-week training course. Candidates will learn all fundamental safety and service skills required for the daily role, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Exams are conducted at regular intervals throughout the course.

Informational and Recruitment Day

Interested candidates are invited to attend a dedicated Cabin Crew Information Day, designed to provide a realistic and engaging insight into the profession. This unique event allows attendees to discover the role, meet current team members, and understand the requirements for working in the skies.

The event will commence with a company presentation. Recruiters will be available from 12:00 onwards to conduct initial interviews for motivated candidates ready to take the next step. Walk-ins are welcome, provided applicants meet the eligibility criteria listed below, including holding the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the European Union (EU).

Minimum Candidate Requirements

Prospective applicants must satisfy the following essential criteria:

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Must possess excellent command (speaking and writing) of the English language.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster (early mornings and late nights).
  • A proactive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude when dealing with the public.
