Eurowings is inviting applications for the role of Cabin Crew Member, open to all genders, for full-time or part-time positions across various stations in Germany. Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary focus is on creating a positive onboard atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey for all passengers, and consistently delivering a memorable "WOW" experience that leaves every guest with a smile.
- Participate in pre-flight briefings, receiving essential flight and preparation information.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin environment for passenger boarding.
- Welcome and assist passengers during boarding, offering support as needed.
- Execute service procedures in coordination with the rest of the flight crew.
- Contribute to the onboard sales process to enhance the passenger travel experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Eurowings, embodying company values with enthusiasm.
- Effectively manage challenging situations, resolving issues with a composed and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications and Requirements
Eurowings is seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and aspire to a career in the skies. The ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum height of 1.60 meters and be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in German (Level B2) and English (minimum Level B1), both written and spoken.
- Possession of a Realschulabschluss or a Hauptschulabschluss with prior service industry experience.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted passport; non-EU citizens require a residence and work permit.
- Good general health with unrestricted medical fitness for flying.
- Visual acuity within +/- 5 diopters.
- Demonstrated swimming ability (minimum 100 meters continuous swimming).
- Flexibility for stationing across various locations in Germany.
- Willingness to undergo vaccinations with German-approved vaccines, including COVID-19.
- Present a well-groomed appearance and a pleasant demeanor.
- For individuals previously employed as Cabin Crew within the last 60 months: A valid Cabin Crew Attestation compliant with EASA regulations, including official flight hour verification from the previous employer.
