We are actively seeking flexible, service-oriented Cabin Crew Members (all genders) for full-time or part-time positions at our stations throughout Germany. The specific home base will be determined based on operational needs.
Daily Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to foster a positive onboard atmosphere alongside the crew, ensure a pleasant travel experience for guests, and create a memorable "WOW" effect, ensuring every passenger departs with a smile.
- The day commences with a comprehensive briefing, providing essential flight information and preparation details.
- Prior to flight, the individual conducts various safety checks and prepares the cabin for passengers.
- During boarding, passengers are warmly welcomed and assisted as needed.
- Service procedures are executed collaboratively with the rest of the crew.
- Emphasis is placed on promoting onboard sales to enhance the unique flight experience.
- Daily, the Cabin Crew Member acts as an ambassador for the airline, embodying its corporate values with enthusiasm.
- The ability to manage stressful and challenging situations with professionalism and a positive demeanor is crucial.
Qualifications for Takeoff
A passion for working with people and a desire for a career above the clouds are essential. Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum height of 1.60 meters and a minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficiency in German (Level B2) and English (minimum Level B1), both written and spoken.
- A secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) combined with prior service industry experience.
- Possession of an unrestricted valid passport. For non-EU citizens, a residence permit and work authorization are required.
- Good general health, ensuring unrestricted flight fitness.
- Visual acuity within +/- 5 diopters.
- Demonstrated solid swimming ability (minimum 100 meters continuous, brisk swimming).
- Flexibility regarding stationing across various locations in Germany.
- Willingness to be vaccinated with German-approved vaccines, including COVID-19.
- A well-groomed appearance coupled with a friendly disposition.
- For individuals previously employed as Cabin Crew Members within the last 60 months: A valid Cabin Crew Attestation in accordance with EASA regulations, including official flight hour verification from the respective employer.
