The Cabin Crew Member’s primary duty is maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for all guests across all daily flights. Crew members are responsible for delivering a top-class customer service experience while operating within a demanding, yet rewarding, shift roster.
Crew are required to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, operating both early morning duties (commencing as early as 05:00) and late evening shifts (concluding near midnight). This role requires a robust work ethic and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence across the Group’s network of more than 90 operational bases.
Successful candidates embark on a complimentary, internationally recognized 6-week comprehensive training program. This intensive course equips personnel with all fundamental skills required for the role, featuring regular examinations and concluding with Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings certification.
