Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a rigorous six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. During this comprehensive program, trainees will acquire fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, including safety procedures and customer interaction techniques. The course structure involves dedicated study, regular examinations, and culminates with Supernumerary flights before the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Career progression opportunities are extensive within the Group, offering clear pathways towards advanced roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or aspirational positions such as Director of Inflight.
