Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Cabin Crew Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and security while providing a top-class customer service experience to all guests. This is a highly demanding position where flight safety is the paramount priority. Key responsibilities include:
- Upholding rigorous safety standards and adhering strictly to all regulatory and company procedures.
- Operating within a challenging roster that includes early morning and late-night shifts. Specialists are required to report for duty as early as 05:00 on early shifts and may not return home until midnight on afternoon shifts.
- Providing professional, efficient customer service and maximizing ancillary sales opportunities during flights.
- Embracing the vibrant, fast-paced culture of the Ryanair Group from the initial day of training.
Training and Career Development
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a rigorous six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. During this comprehensive program, trainees will acquire fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, including safety procedures and customer interaction techniques. The course structure involves dedicated study, regular examinations, and culminates with Supernumerary flights before the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU) and maintain the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height must be within the approximate range of 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Must be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrates fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Must be adaptable and willing to operate a demanding shift roster, including early and late reporting times.
- Possesses an outgoing, friendly personality, a dedicated work ethic, and a proactive 'can do' attitude towards public interaction and service provision.
- A demonstrable passion for travel and engaging with diverse people and cultures is advantageous.
