- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a proactive approach to service.
- A robust customer service background, with previous experience in sectors such as hospitality (e.g., bar, restaurant) or retail (e.g., shop) being highly advantageous.
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across all European Union (EU) member states.
- A height within the approximate range of 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- An inherent hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and a willingness to operate within a variable shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and the capacity to deliver superior customer service with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Comfortable proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- A profound passion for travel and a keen interest in engaging with new people and cultures.
