Cabin Crew Recruitment - Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our cabin crew team. Operating over 3,600 daily flights across a network of 90+ operational bases, we are looking for the next generation of aviation professionals to join us for the Autumn/Winter season.
Role Overview
As a member of the cabin crew, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of safety and customer service to our passengers. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program, which includes fundamental skill development, regular examinations, and supernumerary flights. This role requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, including departures as early as 5:00 AM and arrivals as late as midnight.
Candidate Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Possess a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster.

Strong customer service orientation with a "can-do" attitude.

Proficiency in speaking and writing English.

A passion for travel and engaging with the public.
