Cabin Crew Recruitment
The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our professional cabin crew team. As Europe’s largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 bases, we are inviting applications for positions commencing in the Autumn/Winter season.
Role Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course to develop essential safety and customer service skills. This program includes mandatory examinations and culminate in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. This is a demanding role where safety is the primary priority, requiring flexibility to work early shifts starting from 5:00 AM and late shifts concluding at midnight.

Requirements

Must hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
