Cabin Crew Recruitment - Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew team. With over 3,600 daily flights and 90+ operational bases, we are recruiting the next generation of cabin crew to support our growth during the upcoming Autumn and Winter seasons.
Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program to develop the fundamental skills required for ensuring passenger safety and delivering high-quality customer service. This role is demanding, requiring flexibility to operate early and late shifts, including reports as early as 5:00 AM and finishes as late as midnight.
Candidate Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.

Adaptable to working a shift roster.

Strong customer service orientation with a "can-do" attitude.

Proficient in speaking and writing English.
