Ryanair Group invites applications for the position of Cabin Crew, seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its extensive family of over 16,000 crew members. Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course, providing all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-tier safety and customer service. The curriculum includes rigorous study and regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the official award of Cabin Crew Wings. From day one, crew members are immersed in the Ryanair Group culture, with abundant opportunities for advancement, including roles such as Cabin Crew Manager (Number 1), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is both rewarding and dynamic, prioritizing passenger safety above all. It requires flexibility and commitment to a demanding shift roster, which includes early morning starts (as early as 5 am) and late-night finishes (up to midnight). Prospective applicants should be prepared for this variable schedule and the operational demands of a fast-paced aviation environment.
Requirements
- Applicants must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Candidates should have a height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and while supporting another individual, is mandatory.
- Demonstrated qualities of diligence, adaptability, and an outgoing, friendly demeanor are highly beneficial.
- A willingness to work a flexible shift roster is essential.
- Candidates must enjoy interacting with the public and exhibit the capacity to deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, with successful completion of an English Language Assessment.
- A genuine passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals is advantageous.
