Role Overview

Cabin Crew members play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional and safe travel experience for all Ryanair Group guests. This demanding yet highly rewarding position prioritizes safety above all else, while simultaneously ensuring a top-class customer service environment. No prior aviation experience is required; we seek individuals with genuine enthusiasm, a strong team spirit, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise and uphold the highest safety standards for all passengers and crew.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for every guest.
• Actively engage in onboard sales and services, contributing to the airline's ancillary revenue.
• Work collaboratively as part of a diverse and dynamic crew, fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Adhere strictly to all operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage early morning and late-night shifts, demonstrating adaptability to a demanding roster.

Training and Career Development

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive, internationally recognised 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, with regular examinations to ensure proficiency in safety protocols and customer service excellence. The training culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group is committed to fostering professional growth, offering extensive career progression pathways including opportunities to advance to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Candidate Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
• A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Enjoys interacting with the public and meeting new people.
• Possesses a genuine passion for travel.
