Role Responsibilities and Training

Aspiring Cabin Crew members will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training program designed to equip them with all fundamental skills essential for delivering superior safety and customer service. This intensive course includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon becoming a part of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals will be integrated into the company's vibrant culture. The potential for career advancement is substantial, offering pathways to roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, European Base Manager, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight.

The life of a Cabin Crew member is both exhilarating and fulfilling, though it is a demanding profession where safety remains the paramount priority. Crew members will be expected to work early morning and late evening shifts, with duties commencing as early as 5:00 AM on early rosters and concluding as late as midnight on afternoon rosters. Candidates should carefully consider their suitability for early starts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates ample enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
• Possesses a customer service-oriented background, potentially from roles in hospitality or retail.
• Holds the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Meets the height requirement of approximately 157 cm (5'2") to 188 cm (6'2").
• Is capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
• Exhibits a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Is adaptable and comfortable working variable shift rosters.
• Enjoys interacting with the public and consistently provides excellent customer service with a 'can-do' approach.
• Communicates fluently and comfortably in both spoken and written English.
• Possesses a genuine passion for travel and engaging with diverse people.
