Key Responsibilities and Operational Duties

The Cabin Crew professional is primarily responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security during all flight operations, whilst delivering exceptional customer service to guests.

This demanding yet rewarding position requires significant flexibility, necessitating adherence to both early morning and late evening shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 05:00 on the early roster and may not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. Safety remains the utmost priority in this frontline aviation role.

Training and Career Progression

Successful applicants commence their journey with an intensive, free, internationally recognized 6-week Cabin Crew training course. This structured program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, involving regular exams and culminating in Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Mandatory Applicant Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

  • Must possess the unrestricted legal right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union (EU) and the entire Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Must demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Fluent command (both written and verbal) of the English language is essential for operational communication.
  • Must be adaptable and willing to comply with a rigorous shift roster, including early and late duties.
  • Demonstrates an outgoing, friendly personality, coupled with the ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a proactive 'can do' attitude.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with diverse populations is highly advantageous.
