Position Overview

Successful candidates will be based at one of the Group's 90+ operational locations across the network.

Role and Responsibilities

The primary mandate of the Cabin Crew Member is to ensure the highest standards of safety and security while providing a top-class customer service experience to all guests on board Ryanair Group aircraft. Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and highly rewarding; however, it is a demanding position that requires unwavering flexibility and dedication.

Crew members operate a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern but must be adaptable to operational needs, which include both early and late shift duties. Reporting times for duty can commence as early as 5:00 AM on early shifts, with late shifts concluding close to midnight. Safety remains the Group's number one priority in all aspects of the role.

Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew Member begins with an intensive, six-week, internationally recognised training course. This comprehensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, focusing heavily on safety protocols and customer service delivery. The training syllabus includes regular examinations and culminates with Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Recruitment Details

The Group hosts In-Person Recruitment Days for prospective candidates. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their application promptly. Essential Qualifications and Attributes

To be considered for this vital safety role, candidates must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Must be adaptable and willing to adhere strictly to the operational shift roster.
  • Possesses a 'can do' attitude and a genuine enjoyment for dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service.
  • A palpable passion for travel and meeting new people is highly desired.
