Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates applying for this crucial customer-facing role must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Demonstrate legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union (EU).
• Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service-oriented background (e.g., bar, restaurant, retail).
• Physical height must be between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Must be comfortable and proficient speaking and writing in the English language with ease.
• Exhibits an outgoing, friendly personality with bags of enthusiasm and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach.
• Must be adaptable and willing to work a variable shift roster.
• Possesses a strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
