Job Purpose
Serving as an integral part of the Ryanair Group's operational team, Cabin Crew Members are responsible for upholding the highest safety standards and delivering exceptional in-flight service to passengers. This challenging and highly rewarding role demands a proactive approach to safety, a genuine passion for customer care, and the adaptability to operate diverse shift patterns, including early morning departures and late-night arrivals. No prior aviation experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided for candidates demonstrating strong enthusiasm and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers in accordance with strict regulatory guidelines and company procedures.
- Delivering an outstanding level of customer service, addressing passenger needs, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks, managing in-flight sales, and performing public address announcements as required.
- Responding effectively to various in-flight situations, prioritising passenger well-being and adhering to emergency procedures.
- Working collaboratively within a diverse team to maintain operational efficiency and uphold the Ryanair Group's service reputation.
Training & Development
New Cabin Crew Members will embark on a comprehensive six-week training course designed to equip them with all essential skills required for the role. This intensive program covers fundamental safety protocols, emergency procedures, first aid, customer service excellence, and commercial aspects of the role. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of internationally recognised Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew Members are expected to meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of an unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Group Network.
- Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrated hard-working, flexible, and outgoing personality with a friendly disposition.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- A strong passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
