Currently, the Ryanair Group is recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous bases. Interested applicants will be invited to attend In-Person Assessment Days upon review of their application. An example assessment date is August 13, 2025.
As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. This demanding yet rewarding position requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 5 AM for morning rosters and may not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Safety remains the number one priority in all operational duties.
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering exceptional safety and customer service. The course incorporates regular examinations and culminates with Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
