Candidates will become an integral part of the Ryanair Group, operating from one of its 90+ operational bases. While no prior experience is required, applicants must demonstrate a strong team spirit and a genuine desire to provide top-class safety and customer service experiences to guests.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. This demanding yet rewarding position requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 5 AM for morning rosters and may not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Safety remains the number one priority in all operational duties.

Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering exceptional safety and customer service. The course incorporates regular examinations and culminates with Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly disposition.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service with a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A demonstrable passion for travel and meeting new people.
