Requirements

Candidates are required to meet the following criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew position:

  • Possess an unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
  • Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Be adaptable and willing to operate a variable shift roster.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, enjoying interaction with the public, and demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude in providing excellent customer service.
  • Be fluent and comfortable in both spoken and written English.
