These roles will be based across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, with opportunities available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

The core responsibility of a Ryanair Group Cabin Crew member is to ensure the highest standards of safety and provide exceptional customer service to all guests. This dynamic and rewarding role requires adaptability and dedication, involving varied shift patterns, including early morning duties from 05:00 and late-night returns past midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operations.

Training and Career Development

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised training course. This intensive program equips aspiring Cabin Crew with all fundamental skills required for delivering top-tier safety and customer service. The curriculum involves regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another individual in water.
  • Possession of a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
  • A genuine enjoyment of public interaction and the proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A demonstrable passion for travel and meeting new people.
