About the Role
As Cabin Crew for the Ryanair Group, individuals will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This involves a 6-week intensive training course covering fundamental skills for safety and customer service. Upon successful completion, trainees will undertake supernumerary flights and earn their Cabin Crew Wings. The role demands flexibility, including early morning and late-night shifts, and a proactive approach to customer interaction. Opportunities for career advancement within the Ryanair Group are extensive, from Base Supervisor to Director of Inflight.
Requirements

Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height requirement is approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person.

Ability to work a flexible shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.

A genuine passion for travel and interacting with new people.
