Priority Wire & Cable is seeking a Flight Attendant for its operations in Little Rock, AR. This role is responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort during domestic and international flights, serving beverages and meals, and maintaining cabin cleanliness.
About the Role
The Flight Attendant will serve as an individual contributor within the flight operations team, ensuring passenger safety and providing in-flight services. This position involves demonstrating the use of emergency equipment, serving food and beverages, and preparing the cabin for passengers. The Flight Attendant will also provide assistance to passengers with special needs, address inquiries, and manage safety protocols during flight, including administering first aid if necessary. Responsibilities include participating in pre-flight briefings, performing safety checks, greeting passengers, and assisting with luggage stowage. The role may also involve directing contract flight attendants.
Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, including customer service, hospitality, personal assistant, or concierge roles.

Ability to learn and understand flight operation procedures, policies, and safety regulations.

Working knowledge of MS Office and applicable flight software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, stressful, and emergency situations.

Demonstrated attention to detail and diligence in resolving issues.

Ability to be scheduled away from home for multiple consecutive days.

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Willingness and ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Ability to report for flight within the company's established time frame, with flexibility for an ever-changing schedule.

Must live within one hour of the hangar and be available on short notice.

Possession of a valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
Qualifications

Associate’s degree preferred.

Flight Attendant school is a plus but not required.

Training in CPR and First Aid will be provided.

Eligibility to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.
