Pilot-in-Command, FAR Part 91 Corporate Flight Operations

Premier Bone and Joint Centers is seeking a highly qualified and experienced aviation professional to manage and operate its FAR Part 91 corporate flight department and transportation system as Pilot-in-Command.
Job Summary
The Pilot-in-Command is responsible for leading corporate flight operations under FAR Part 91, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Pilot-in-Command's responsibilities include:
- Assessing weather conditions and other critical factors affecting flight safety.
- Reporting aircraft maintenance requirements to authorized personnel and assisting with mechanical adjustments or repairs as necessary.
- Providing peripheral support to satellite clinics, which may include maintaining fleet vehicles and performing clinic errands.

Adherence to Facility/Departmental Policy
The Pilot-in-Command is expected to maintain a strong attendance record, arrive punctually, adhere to the dress code, and strictly observe confidentiality regarding patient, physician, and employee information. Participation in required in-services and staff meetings is mandatory. The Pilot-in-Command must wear identification while on duty and communicate their name and role to passengers.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Certification & Licensures:
- A Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land rating is required.
- A valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate obtained within the last 12 months is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4000 total flight hours is required.
- Including at least 2000 hours of Pilot-in-Command time in multi-engine aircraft.
Working Conditions
The position operates primarily within aircraft and hangar environments. The Pilot-in-Command is subject to regular safety hazards associated with changing weather conditions affecting flight and potential exposure to mechanical, electrical, or fire hazards in operating areas.
