A&P Mechanic / Aircraft Maintenance Technician

This position is available for immediate hire as a full-time A&P or AMT Mechanic, a critical role supporting the company's mission. A competitive sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is being offered.

Responsibilities:

The A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Key duties include:

• Executing a variety of mechanical tasks involving the diagnosis of malfunctions and necessary disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of diverse aircraft systems to ensure aircraft are prepared for flight and customer delivery.
• Conducting turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run-ups.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Possession of an A&P License or a partial license with the ability to obtain the full license within six months.
• Experience as an A&P Mechanic or in mechanical repair of vehicles, OR experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight line maintenance experience.
