Aviation A&P / AMT Mechanic

Responsibilities:

The A&P / AMT Mechanic performs a diverse range of mechanical duties crucial for preparing aircraft for flight and customer delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing malfunctions in various aircraft systems.
• Executing required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of components and systems.
• Conducting thorough inspections and maintenance on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
• Performing turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run-ups.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Hold a valid A&P License, or a partial license with the demonstrated ability to obtain a full license within six months.
• Relevant experience as an A&P Mechanic or mechanical repair of vehicles is necessary. Alternatively, experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) with varied experience in jet, turboprop, piston aircraft, modifications, or flight line maintenance is acceptable.
