Perimeter Aviation LP | DHC8 Captain

Perimeter Aviation LP seeks a qualified Captain to join its flight operations team in Toronto, ON, Canada. This role involves the safe and efficient transport of passengers and freight, operating a diverse fleet of aircraft including the Dash 8. Reporting to the Assistant Chief Pilot, the Captain is responsible for all flight operations, ensuring adherence to regulations and company procedures.

About the Role

The 705 Captain is responsible for safely transporting passengers, prioritizing their comfort and ensuring on-time performance. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and comprehensive flight planning. Responsibilities include pre-flight inspections, weight and balance calculations, operational flight plan review, and post-flight duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and authorizations
• Category 1 Medical
• Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• 500 hours on DHC-8 preferred
• 2000 hours Total Time
• Previous airline experience is considered an asset
• Fluent English with effective verbal and listening comprehension
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training is considered an asset
