Ideal candidates possess:

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
• Instrument Rating (IR)
• Multi-Engine Rating (ME)
• TCCA Medical Class 1
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
• Minimum 1000 hours total flight time (preferred)
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
• Ability to qualify for a Winnipeg Airport Authority (WAA) RAIC security clearance
