PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is seeking dedicated and professional Flight Attendants to join its team. Based at an assigned domicile, this role is critical for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of passengers while contributing to efficient flight operations across the PSA Airlines network.
About the Role
As a Flight Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. This position is central to delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the Captain in all aspects of flight operations from planning to termination.

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations from planning through termination.

Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, along with company procedures and policies.

Perform all assigned duties promptly and accurately as directed by the company or Captain.

Conduct thorough preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment relevant to the aircraft type, as detailed in the Inflight Manual.

Promptly report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain.

Communicate clearly and directly with the Captain regarding any safety concerns related to passengers.

Maintain a high degree of crew coordination and professionalism throughout all duties.

Serve customers and perform duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times while on duty.

Complete all required records and reports accurately.

Contribute to the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS), including Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Ability to relocate or commute to an assigned domicile.

Height requirements: Maximum 6.0 ft and minimum 5 ft. 2 in. (with shoes).

Possession of a valid US or Foreign Passport with all necessary VISAs.

Must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S. upon hire.
Requirements

Successful completion of a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209.

Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Ability to perform physical demands including regularly talking or hearing, frequently standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.

Work environment primarily operates within an airplane, with occasional use of standard office equipment.
