About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with PSA Airlines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while contributing to efficient flight operations. This position requires adherence to all regulatory standards and company procedures, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in regional aviation.
Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.

Ensure strict compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), TSA, DOT regulations, and company policies.

Execute all assigned duties accurately and promptly.

Conduct preflight inspections of cabin emergency equipment per the Inflight Manual.

Promptly report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain.

Clearly communicate passenger safety concerns to the Captain.

Maintain high crew coordination and professionalism.

Perform duties professionally, efficiently, and cordially while on duty.

Complete required records and reports.

Contribute to the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS).

Perform other duties supporting department and company operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or two years of customer service experience.

Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Ability to relocate or commute to an assigned domicile.

Maximum height of 6 feet and minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (with shoes).

Possession of a valid US or Foreign Passport with applicable VISAs.
Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, and reach with hands and arms.

Successfully pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and pre-employment drug screen.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. upon hire.
