Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for hospitality backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proven capacity to perform under pressure.

Legal eligibility to obtain a US and Canadian Crew Visa.

Possession of a valid 5-year medical certification.

Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and communication skills (ICAO Level 5 or above). Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and meet the inherent physical demands of the role.

Confident swimming ability, with the capacity to swim at least 50 meters unaided.

Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to respond to callouts within 60 minutes.
